Road safety management

Yesterday PC Alicja Sliwka and PC Charlie Farmer carried out a road safety operation in Malvern.

They speed checked 107 vehicles outside Madresfield School and only one vehicle was found to be slightly exceeding the speed limit.

They then moved onto Guarlford Road, where officers monitored the speed of approximately 200 vehicles.

Officers carry out similar operations on a regular basis at various locations around the Malvern Hills Policing area. It’s reassuring when we have days like this when we don’t have to give out tickets but all too often it is not the case.
